This candidate will take on the full cycle AP process and also be available for other accounting and office related tasks including but not limited to:
Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance Reconciliation of vendors accounts to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted to GL Facilitate payment of vendor invoices due by receiving bills and contacting clients via telephone and email Pay sales tax to various states on a monthly basis; ability to register businesses in new states Review accounts payable Create journal entries for monthly close Maintain historical records by filing documents Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Requirements:
Accurate data entry skills Proven ability to review and calculate invoices High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Excellent customer service and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Previous bookkeeping experience preferred Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience #ENTNJ123 Job Type:
