We are looking for an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team! As the Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's staffing needs are met.
You will also work with the Human Resources Director assisting in recruiting, sourcing and hiring talent.

Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and implement a sustainable staffing strategy Make sure Daily Staffing is in place for Nursing Department.
Monitor the company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly Work with staffing agencies as needed Identify hard to fill roles and take proactive actions Assist in candidate screening and interviewing Assist with new employee orientation Design and plan work shift schedules Provide assistance with timekeeping Create, present and submit reports to management Staffing Coordinator Job Requirements:
1-year of experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role Long term care facility experience preferred Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices Outstanding organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind Reliable with respect to confidentiality Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
Up to $25.
