We specialize in offering expert instruction with a focus on individual client needs and satisfaction.
Our offerings include private sessions, small group reformer classes, Pilates Mat, Barre and TRX Who We're Looking For We are in search of a charismatic, positive, and energetic Certified Pilates Instructor to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be passionate about the value of movement for overall health.
You should be comfortable working with people of all ages and fitness abilities.
Responsibilities - Conduct Pilates classes for individuals or groups, focusing on proper form and technique.
- Develop and implement personalized Pilates programs based on clients' goals and fitness levels.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during their Pilates sessions.
- Demonstrate exercises and assist clients in performing them correctly.
- Monitor and track clients' progress, adjusting workouts as needed.
- Educate clients on the principles of Pilates and the benefits of regular practice.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
Requirements:
- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized program.
- Previous experience teaching Pilates - Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in fitness sales.
- Background in dance, or personal training.
