Rekall is currently looking to fill a Help Desk Supervisor position.
The Help Desk Supervisor is responsible for managing the support team that provides technical support to our end-users.
Responsible for ensuring that all incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed Service Levels and customer satisfaction.
In addition, the candidate will organize support ticket distribution which handles various IT-related issues and requests across all IT services.
The Help Desk Supervisor will also be responsible for dispatching service tickets, matching tickets to technicians, organizing monthly ticket time reports, and working closely with the Executive Director.
Please note that this role does not deal with clients directly as the Help Desk Supervisor does not speak with clients, only to the helpdesk technicians.
Essential Functions Manage the IT Service Desk team and evaluate performance Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis Recruit, train, and support IT Service Desk representatives and technicians Establish customer service standards and contribute to improving customer support Provide feedback to management Develop reports on team productivity Identify and pursue service improvement initiatives Bring complaints, suggestions, and compliments to management Job Qualifications Work experience as an IT Service Desk Manager Solid IT support experience 3 years of experience managing IT teams Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
