The Agile Development Ops Support role is focused towards helping our Agile Development Teams with sprint and release planning, daily change management administration and tracking and reporting on metrics to drive planning and continuous process improvements. This role will be instrumental in helping to our Research & Development teams increase execution efficiencies, maximize productivity and delivery.

Assist Agile teams with continuous JIRA updates, dashboard maintenance and overall JIRA administration
Assist in managing Timesheets and Organization Metrics
Build out and manage performance and quality dashboards to help optimize R&D; velocity
Own tracking and reporting on Sprint deliverables across all teams
Identifying and highlighting execution/delivery risks for teams to better prioritize
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other technical degree from a reputable academic institution

years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle either as a developer, automation or QA engineer

years of experience working in an Agile development environment as part of Scrum team(s)
Demonstrated knowledge of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
Experience with using agile planning techniques is a plus
Experience with JIRA, project management tools, SharePoint
Good organization, time management and communication skills
Self-motivated and a quick learner
