Manager, Production IT

The Manager, Production IT will report to the Director, Production IT and will be responsible for all Operations and staff related to iCIMS' Data Centers, which receive over 30 million hits per day and deliver iCIMS' SaaS production to over 2,200 businesses worldwide representing over $60 million in revenue. With all of those figures expected to more than double in the next few years.
Lead and manage the efforts of multi-disciplined personnel team consisting of roles such as Hosting architect, Sr. Network Engineer, Database Administrators and monitoring
Provide technical direction and leadership of the technical architecture and database design within web based software products
Monitor and report project status and milestone achievements for all phases of a project on a regular basis and implement remedial actions as appropriate
Prepare extensive electronic documentation that includes by not limited to; functional specifications, technical design documents, installation guides, implementation guides, etc.
Define, communicate and oversee and execute department goals & strategies as set by the Director
Work collaboratively with peers in other departments to support their strategies and objectives, such as R&D and Customer Success
Chair weekly Disaster Recovery and Production IT Team Meetings
Possess a high level of strategic initiative as well as hands on tactical efforts to enhance and support a robust IT Hosting environment
Strongly influences the technical direction of projects and systems level design considerations

years hands-on IT Management experience
Strong OS background, including Windows & Linux
Experience with virtualization technologies, VMware
Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking and Internet protocols
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities and technical knowledge providing innovative yet supportable solutions
Prior experience working on large scale enterprise deployment technologies - clustering, load balancing, scalability
Excellent oral and presentation skills
Demonstrated technical leadership skills and ability to transfer knowledge effectively
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks based on project timelines
Strong Attention to detailEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
