We have an outstanding opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer, Intern to work with a growing SaaS company at our Matawan, New Jersey office. This position is part of our Customer Support group in our Technical Support Center. Collecting and tracking information and details of the problem
Troubleshoot and resolve basic support problems
Successfully interact through phone and email with customers as you solve their problems
Dedication to the success and satisfaction of our customers
The ability to learn and understand iCIMS products
Experience with Windows/Mac OS
Knowledge of Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-browser based technologies.
Must be in school studying or have experience in computer software, hardware or IT based technology
Candidates should have strong organizational skills
Candidates should also possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate status to clients

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
