Overview:
As a member of the marketing department, our Customer Marketing Coordinator will play an active role in creating and maintaining iCIMS' brand through multiple channels. Marketing Communication covered may include lead generation campaigns, new product announcements, new release updates, etc.

Responsibilities:
Conceive and develop innovative lead generation tools beyond our online demo, bi-monthly webinars, and regional events.
Using Boulder Logic and Salesforce, maintain and redevelop the iCIMS Customer Reference Program to reduce sales cycle time, address social media crowd-sourcing, and extend the iCARE Advocacy Program.
Develop marketing communications to maximize lead traffic, increase customer loyalty, and keep clients informed of iCIMS' latest innovations; may include email blasts, direct mail pieces, call campaigns, log-in page banners, interstitial ads, etc.
Update and maintain the iCARE Customer Site to educate clients on new products, releases, events, and more.
Interface with other iCIMS departments to ensure a consistent brand across all internal & external communications.

Qualifications:
A minimum 2
years of professional experience in Marketing (previous full time work experience required).
Bachelor's degree from a reputable school preferably majoring in Marketing, Communication, or Journalism.
Proven records in creativity, strong writing skills, and attention to details.
Ideal candidates are outgoing, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and can easily switch gears to manage multiple project types.
Candidates should display a willingness to learn, while also offering their own insight, suggestions and feedback to iCIMS management.
Experience with Office 360 Suite, Salesforce, Pardot, GoToWebinar, and Boulder Logic preferred, but not required.
