Senior Recruiter/Producer
Abigail Consulting Solutions located in central New Jersey is a full-service staffing agency offering customized support to our clients for their contract staffing and direct hire needs. Your contribution to company growth would come through Full Life Cycle Recruiting at a very high standard. As a senior recruiter/producer you would be expected to be competent in the full life cycle recruiting. Specifically you will:
oEstablish and build strong relationships with current and prospective candidates including after placement follow up.
oPerform extensive evaluation of the candidates you represent. This includes but not limited to thorough screening, meeting and interviewing, performing reference checks, background checks, negotiating salaries and rates as appropriate.
oEfficiently and effectively source qualified passive candidates utilizing various media (including job boards, social media, networking, cold calling, internet searches).
oObtain and generate leads and set new meetings with prospective clients.
oAssist with the management of client accounts by attending/shadowing meetings, sending correspondence and/or communicating with clients and resolving any issues.
oPrepare resume and candidate profile for presentation to the Business Development partner/client
oNegotiate and close offers with candidates

The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience recruiting contract and full-time staff within the banking, finance or healthcare industries. Experience in recruiting professionals in at least one of the following disciplines is required: Compliance, IT or Accounting/Finance. Must have verifiable track record of placing professional at varying levels in Compliance, IT or Finance (C Level, Sr. VPs, Directors, Managers, Analysts, etc.). Must be fluent in MS Office and CRM Systems such as Bullhorn (preferred/not required). Must be able to multi-task and respond to changing priorities seamlessly; Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. We are seeking candidates who are goal driven, loves to succeed and who has a genuine love for people.

A Bachelor's degree required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
