Overview
Your contribution to the company's growth will come through establishing and developing strong relationships with key individuals within compliance departments in the banking and financial services. Assist in creating and implementing a successful sales strategy to meet/exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Perform research and extensive evaluation of prospects you target.
New business acquisition; market penetration and cross sell to existing clients.
Plan, organize and execute sales calls.
Attend networking events to assist with generation of new business.
Develop strong relationships with key decision makers in the banking and financial services industry.
Secure and respond to RFPs
Negotiate and close business with clients
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have at least 3-5 years of experience selling consulting services within the banking - risk and compliance or finance areas.
Strong relationship management and organizational skills required.
Must have strong closing skills; must be fluent in MS Office and be familiar with CRM such as Bullhorn.
Must be focused, creative and business savvy;
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required.
We are seeking candidates who are goal driven, loves to succeed and who have a genuine love for people.
Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), OFAC, Know Your Customer (KYC), a strong plus but not required.
A Bachelor's degree required.
