New Jersey office seeks attorney with 3-5 years of business immigration experience.
The candidate will assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa status in the United States.
Will work with client global mobility personnel and the office of general counsel to prepare petitions and applications for submission to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Department of Labor (DOL) for nonimmigrant and immigrant status for foreign national employees.
Support clients in immigration program management and compliance.
Supervise the work of paralegal staff in recordkeeping and document preparation.
PERM and H1-B experience a plus.
Membership of NY State Bar is preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
