Partner/Channel Marketing Specialist
As a member of the Corporate Development team, the Corporate Development Associate will be responsible for working with iCIMS current and prospective partners to garner new leads for the iCIMS Talent Platform.

Maintain important relationships with existing referral partners, as well as, coordinate partner account management team meetings (webinars & roadshows) and summits.
Manage and promote incentive programs with partner account teams, including through email campaigns, cold/warm calling, networking, etc.
Drive and coordinate partner client marketing campaigns along with iCIMS marketing (webcasts & email blasts).
Qualify referral leads into opportunities for our direct Sales organization.
Undergraduate degree from a competitive school with a strong academic track record, or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills are a must
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to succeed in a competitive sales environment
Bright, outgoing, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented
Display a willingness to learn, while simultaneously offering their own insight, suggestions and feedback to iCIMS' management
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet Applications
Positive attitude and desire to grow with department and company

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
