Expanding organization is seeking an experienced Freelance Ad Ops/Traffic Coordinator with experience in both digital and print to coordinate all phases of projects. Responsibilities will include tracking progress of art throughout the approval process, maintaining spreadsheets for production scheduling and deadlines. Will also interact with cross-functional teams to gather necessary content. Opportunity to assist in establishing Digital Asset Management library including uploading, filing etc. Must be able to work on Mac and possess basic knowledge of CS and solid MS Office skills. The ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills. Must also be highly organized and have data management experience. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
