Programmer Administrator

Description Working out of the K. Hovnanian Companies' Corporate Office in Matawan, NJ 07747; the Programmer Administrator will provide timely support to ensure smooth operation of all our business applications. The right candidate will support the organization's programming and application administration needs. He/she should be able to handle tasks of medium technological complexity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -  Design, develop, support, and document custom scripts to monitor system performance, system availability and system security using C# or VB.Net, PowerShell, T-SQL, Excel VBA.  -  Willingness to learn new languages/technologies. -  Implement application access security of user accounts. -  Participates in system deployments and system upgrades. -  Triage problems and resolve issues including performance issues, investigate critical system errors, capture traces, and analyze logs.  -  Write and update technical documentation. -  Deploy and support standard and custom applications with SharePoint. Education/Experience and Additional Required Skills: -  Bachelor's degree in computer science. -  4+ years' experience supporting packaged applications and programming. -  Professional certifications (Microsoft MCSE; MCDBA; etc...) are a plus.  -  Proficient in SQL programing T-SQL, C# or VB.Net, VBA and PowerShell. -  Familiarity with SharePoint Administration plus. -  Windows Server Troubleshooting. -  Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. -  Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. -  Able to work effectively in a team environment. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
